These beautiful tangelos came from Celina’s chemical free garden yesterday.  They are perfect – no blemishes on the skins, the colour is gorgeous, and they are so juicy.  They are a little bit tart and just what you need to make delicious and perfect Tangelo Jam.  We can’t wait to get started.  The jam will be ready for sale next week.
