Anyway, here are the pics of our ribs with your delicious barbeque sauce. :D We had them again this evening and they were so fantastic!!

The first pic is the ribs with your sauce spread over them, ready for grilling — at this point they had been in the oven for 2 3/4 hours cooking, and I took them out and spread the barbeque sauce on them. The other two pics are the ribs after grilling. I grilled each side for about 2 minutes. They were SO GOOD. We had also rubbed them with a spice mix for cooking in the oven, but it was your sauce that really stood out. :) Thank you so much! Feel free to use these pics if you want to show other people. (Sorry that one of the pics after grilling is a bit blurry, I was so excited to eat them!)

By the way, I tried your marmalade on some salami this afternoon — wow, it was good! I’ve decided that everything you create makes salami taste fantastic. ;) It’s a really lovely, zesty flavour with an edge of sweet that I really like. I will ask around about making sugar-free jams that last, and if I get any good advice I’ll let you know.
